Standard Rules (Lo básico) No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. (Prohibido fumar o vapear dentro). No Pets: To keep the space allergy-friendly and clean, pets are not allowed. (No se permiten mascotas). No Parties or Events: Our home is a quiet space for relaxation. No extra guests or gatherings. (No fiestas ni invitados extra). 2. Shared Spaces & Kitchen (Zonas Comunes) Keep it Clean: Please wash your dishes and wipe the counters after using the kitchen. (Por favor, lava tus platos y limpia las superficies tras usar la cocina). Bathroom Etiquette: Since it's a shared bathroom, please keep your personal items organized and leave the space tidy for the next person. Laundry: Use of the washer and dryer is available for stays longer than 3 days (consult for details). 3. Safety & Privacy (Cámaras y Seguridad) Security Cameras: As mentioned, cameras are active in the entrance and living area for everyone's safety. Please do not cover or tamper with them. (No cubrir ni manipular las cámaras de seguridad). Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. (Horas de silencio de 10 PM a 7 AM).
