Private independent studio with a POOL! is located in Orlando, a safe and fun neighborhood surrounded by a variety of great restaurants, shops, malls, but most of all close to ALL the parks. 9 min to Sea World, 7 min to Aquatica, 13 min to Disney World, 13 min to Universal Studios and many more fun places to visit. The studio is perfect for 2, it has a laundry, a spacious bathroom & a fully equipped kitchenette. You will also have access to a gorgeous pool and grill in the backyard The studio is a brand new construction that is attached to the main house. However, you have your own private entry, and the space is all to yourself, not shared and fully independent. The pool area and backyard are shared with the main house. However, your privacy will be respected when you want to use the pool and backyard. The studio has a queen bed, a closet, a laundry, a spacious refrigerator, a gorgeous and spacious bathroom, and last but not least, a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals on an electric hot portable burner. Everything you need in one place. We also offer the backyard in case you want to grill and go for a swim in the beautiful pool located behind the main house. You might catch some Disney fireworks at night! This is available for the guests to use and enjoy. We understand we need to distance during these times of COVID and we respect your decisions. We are located in an excellent area, we are close to all major parks, The Eye Orlando, Millennial Mall, you can see Sea Worlds fireworks from our backyard, International Drive is 10 min away. We are close to Spring Waters great for kayaking, canoeing, or going for a refreshing swim in the Florida Springs. Coco Beach is 1hr away, Kennedy Space Center 52 min, Port Canaveral 50 min, Tampa 1 hr 15min. Our neighborhood is also great for walking and biking. A car will be the best option to get around town Please note we have two small dogs, you might here them bark, besides that you are on a nice quiet property where you can relax after a long fun day.
