Our place is a 2BR, one-bath entire home, with a cozy fire pit and patio furniture space, a fun kids playground area, and a large sunny yard with mature trees for you and guests to explore and enjoy. Excellent location within 15 mins driving distance to the main Disney amusement parks. Free WiFi and HDTV with streaming services available. Description of Property: Recently remodeled and cozy home! European modern decor with an open floor plan. Great outdoor space with multiple sitting/relaxing spots. Newly built patio with hanging chairs, patio furniture and a propane fire pit for your enjoyment. The yard also features a HGTV-inspired comfy bench, where you can relax after a day full of adventures. Kids also have a designated play area with a playhouse and other fun options that will keep them entertained. Immediately behind the house, there is a huge green park with a basketball court, frisbee golf, and soccer field steps away. Have kids...great! We know it can be challenging to bring all of the necessary “luxuries” for your young ones. We are happy to provide any/all of the following: electric plug covers, high chair, booster chair, pack n play crib with extra padding, crib sheet, potty training seat cover, stepping stool, stroller, and infant bouncer chair. Your kids will love the large sunny yard and the newly built play area. Card and board games are also available for your pleasure; guidebook/info about Orlando are also available. Guests can access the entire unit. Our two-bedroom home sits in the same property as another house that is currently occupied by the owners, and shares one external wall with that house. However, both houses have separate entrances, separate amenities, and separate yards and guests have access to everything that is shown on the pictures, without having to share or interact with the occupants of the other house. We like to disclose that the houses are in the same property to avoid any possible confusion. Sandy is taking care of the property and will handle whatever you may need during your stay. The owners might also be available if they are not traveling and would love to say hi. We have a keypad for self check-in to allow for privacy and convenience during your stay. There are two external cameras to monitor and ensure safety. Sandra and Walter are available for any and all questions or concerns. In addition to being centrally located, our home is part of a safe and welcoming community. Publix supermarket, Starbucks, and multiple restaurants less than a mile away. The house is really close to the main highway so you can hop on and get anywhere you need to go as fast as the 417 and 441 will take you - or just chill out and enjoy some downtime in the house. We have provided a detailed guidebook with information on getting around. We recommend using a ride sharing service or renting a car, if you don't have one.
