Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home. This property shares a lot with another house that is currently occupied and shares one wall, but each house has its own separate entrance, amenities, and yard. You will have full access to everything shown in the pictures without any need to share or interact with the other occupants. We disclose this to avoid any potential confusion, and we kindly ask that you do not disturb the other guests. Sandra and Walter are taking care of the property and will handle whatever you may need during your stay. We have a keypad for self check-in to allow for privacy and convenience during your stay. There are external cameras to monitor and ensure safety. Sandra and Walter are available for any and all questions or concerns. In addition to being centrally located, our home is part of a safe and welcoming community. Publix supermarket, Starbucks, and multiple restaurants less than a mile away. The house is really close to the main highway so you can hop on and get anywhere you need to go as fast as the 417 and 441 will take you - or just chill out and enjoy some downtime in the house.
