For an additional daily fee of $35/night, we can turn on the pool & spa/Jacuzzi heater, otherwise you can enjoy the pool as-is. BBQ Gas Grill is available for use: Cost $30 and must be cleaned by the guest. A $25 cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is not cleaned. Message host for lock code. BBQ utensils are provided. An easy to clean and reusable BBQ Grill Mat is also provided to help you avoid a cleaning fee so please use it. It’s PFOA & BPA free. All furniture, Appliances & Fixtures are Brand New as of August 2019 We use All Natural and / or All Organic Shampoo, Body Wash & Hair Conditioner. We use Plant Powered Hypoallergenic laundry detergent - made for sensitive skin. Pool & Spa can be heated for an additional $35/night. You must inform your host in advance that you'd like the pool heated so that host can make arrangements to turn it on or provide you with instructions on how to do it.
