It comes with 2 Smart TV's one in family room and another at the master bedroom. Orlando International Airport is 11 miles. 17-min drive depending on traffic. Orange County Convention Center is 4.7 miles. 15-min drive depending on traffic. Guests have access to everything. Available by text/phone - Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There is an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total). The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300; 59+ nights $300/month. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterwards, this fee doubles. • As part of our regular maintenance schedule, we conduct air filter changes on the first of each month to ensure the A/C system is working efficiently. This helps maintain a comfortable environment for your stay. • Please note that communal amenities are owned and managed by the building, not by us. At times, they may be temporarily closed or unavailable due to maintenance, renovations, cleaning, weather, or management decisions beyond our control. While guests are welcome to use these spaces when available, access cannot be guaranteed and temporary closures do not qualify for refunds or discounts.
