Studio with a private entrance for a Maximum of 4 people. 1 queen sized bed and 1 full sized sofabed. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and WiFi included. This space is located in beautiful Central Florida, just a few minutes away from Orlando International Airport. Very close to every interesting place in this sunny city like Seaworld (5 Minutes driving),Universal Theme parks (15 Minutes Driving),Disney Theme parks (20 minutes Driving), Downtown Orlando, Outlets, Malls and more.... The best thing about this space is the privacy. Visitors are not permitted unless they are included in the reservation. The independent entrance makes it feel like your own private studio. This beautiful/brand new Studio is located in the back yard of the main house and you will have independent access to the Studio with convenient parking, a beautiful swimming pool and barbecue area. There is also lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun by the pool/barbecue area. You can have as much or as little interaction as you want, but we will be more than happy to assist you with any questions.We can also recommend great spots to visit for night life or dining. The neighborhood is very quite, safe and clean. we also have a closed circuit security system for safety. This place is centrally located with easy access to local roads and near all majors roads. We do not provide transportation but the nearest public bus (Lynx) station is a 15 minute walk if necessary. Another inexpensive idea is Uber. “We reserve the right to admit other guests that are not included in the reservation.” Bring you bathing suit, the pool is just a few steps away from you.
