Newly renovated, stylish and spacious 1 bedroom apartment near EPIC UNIVERSE, Universal Studios and International Drive, within The Stay Sky Suites. The complex is basically a Hotel - no balcony, windows cannot be opened- for safety; has pool view! This is a newly renovated and spacious 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment with 500sqft/46 m² located a minute from International Drive in ‘The Stay Sky Suites’. The building is a little dated but our unit has been completely remodeled. Located a few minutes from EPIC UNIVERSE and UNIVERSAL STUDIOS This unit comes with free parking on site. It is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and close to attractions on International Drive and the famous Orlando amusement parks: - Epic Universe: 5 minutes away -The 4 Disney Parks are a 20 minute car drive away -Universal Studios and Volcano Bay Water Park are about 5 minutes away -It’s 10 minutes from Seaworld and also 15 minutes from Disney Springs, a small village with tons of restaurants and shops -If you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 20 minutes away and one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away. Distance to: Epic Universe: 2 miles Universal Studios: 1.5 miles Volcano Bay Water Park: 1.5 miles Convention Center: 2.2 miles Disney Springs: 8.3 miles Disney Magic Kingdom: 15 miles International Airport: 12 miles If you are not renting a car you could either use Uber/taxi to get to the Parks or you could use the shuttle that you can schedule online. To do so please visit the homepage of Fabulous buses. Fees do apply! The condo is very spacious. It has a basic equipped kitchen which allows to prepare meals if you want to eat in. It has a two burner cooktop (one burner for cooking, the other one to keep food warm) but there is no oven. We do have a toaster oven though to bake, toast or heat up meals. You will also find a microwave and a filter coffee machine. The bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a dresser and a 50 inch smart TV. There is a pack’n’play for infants in the condo but we don’t provide sheets for that. The bathroom has a big shower. We provide one set of bath towels each guest. The living room offers a couch to watch TV on a 55” smart TV. Washer and dryer are on the 4th floor. Fees apply. Each cycle is $ 4.00. The machines are token operated and in the laundry room is a changing machine to change dollar bills into tokens. Parking is right outside, no extra charge for parking. It is not possible to leave luggage at the front desk, neither prior to check in nor after check out. They won't hold it for Airbnb guests. Amenities of The Stay Sky Suites: an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a small half basketball court. GYM: a new gym has been added in January 2026. It has some cardio machines, a pulley and some free weights. If you need anything there is a Walgreens within walking distance, maybe 3-5 minutes walking. There is also a Starbucks next to Walgreens and on International Drive which is around the corner are several attractions and restaurants. Please read the House Rules, it contains a lot of helpful info to know what to expect and to make this stay a pleasant one. Luggage/mail/check in and out: - no early check ins - no late check outs - no luggage drop off - no luggage hold - no mail delivery possible, if mail arrives at the front desk guests will be charged Entertainment: High speed internet The building is a little dated, is built like a hotel. It has some cardio machines, a pulley and some free weights. Pest Control: the HOA schedules pest control on a regular basis as required and recommended by professionals. This may occur during your stay with access being required to treat the unit. FRONT DESK INFORMATION: Please note that the front desk staff in this building are not affiliated with us or our unit. They are employed by a third-party property management company and cannot assist with check-in or reservation matters. Check-in: Guests must follow the instructions provided by us. The front desk does not handle keys, codes, or check-in procedures. Packages: The front desk may accept packages, but they charge a fee for this service. Emergencies: The staff may respond to building-wide emergencies such as fires or possibly water leaks, but otherwise, they are not connected to our unit or responsible for guest support. For any unit-related questions or issues, please contact us directly. Consumables & Housekeeping: A starter supply of toilet paper and other basic consumables is provided for the first days of your stay. As this is a self-catered accommodation, there is no daily housekeeping or ongoing restocking of supplies after check-in. For longer stays, our guests are asked to purchase additional consumables as needed unless otherwise stated in the listing. Theme Park Shuttle Shuttle service is not included and cannot be booked through us or the Hotel staff. Please check the homepage of Fabulous Buses to get information on transportation to and from the Parks. outdoor pool hours: 9am-dusk A/C: to avoid freezing of the equipment and to guarantee optimum operation, please try not to cool below 68 or at least 70 degrees Fahrenheit. If the equipment freezes it needs to be turned off for 24hours. Further please don’t leave windows and doors open. We also ask you to shut the curtains once you leave the condo for the day. This prevents the rooms to heat up even more.
