It is within walking distance from International Drive and Universal Blvd. Close to Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Convention Center and Premium outlets all within 2 miles. Also a very short drive to Disney and Seaworld parks. Studio-apartment located at one of the more walkable areas in Orlando. This is a privately owned studio-apartment is inside a condo-hotel, but the hotel administration does not manage my property. The front desk will provide all AirBnB guests with a general building key, but they do not have the code to enter the studio. They are not familiar with studio house rules. Any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask, we are here to assist you! You can access the whole hotel complex even though you are not a hotel guests!!! Anything you need you may contact me and immediately we will attend any need you have. The building has free parking. Absolutely NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES!
