Location A+; Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Disney parks & next to OC Convention Center & EPIC PARK This gated resort allows you to walk for grocery, entertainment and dining out. 15 min from MCO airport and 1 hour to east shore beachside 2 King Ensuite rooms, Ensuite 2 Full beds & Queen pullout sofa & Full Kitchen. Equipped w/ Playpen, Booster and Stroller. Common grounds have 3 pools, Splash pad, 2 spas, 2 pool side bars, gift shop, workout and game room. Bring everyone 4 fun or business. 3 Floors to spread out. Essentially 2 Master Suites (1st Floor & 3 Floor). Grand Parents on the 1st floor, Mom/Dad in the upstairs suite with the children down the hallway where they have their own bathroom as well. Gathering on the 2nd floor where you find the Kitchen / Living room and another bathroom. There are 3 pools on the property with 2 pool bars where you can find food and beverage. All Accessible including the garage where you find the washer and dryer. The garage is tight, please consider not parking a vehicle in it. I will access the garage to get to the laundry if we have a machine go down and cannot get a place ready for check-in. I would reach out if this was something needed. SeaWorld is 3 miles away. Almost each evening you can see Fireworks in the distance. There is security almost 24 hours, 7 days a week on site. Gated community Rideshare services are very familiar with the resort. Depending on the event at the Convention Center bus service maybe provided by the organization of the event at the center. I rent a Jeep Wrangler on site if interested. You can find a QR code in the additional pictures to rent through the site or contact me directly. Please follow the house rules. No smoking in property and please report to me if you feel the unit has been smoked in by previous guests / house keeping. The clubhouse game room has "play cards" for purchase via vending machine in the game room itself. Do not plug a vehicle in from the house. A penalty fee will be issued. There are charging stations within the resort.
