We are in a 12-story condo hotel located in a very convenient spot, we are in a great location and only minutes from most of what everyone comes to Orlando for, all the Disney parks and attractions, Universal Studios, Icon Park, The Orange County Orlando Convention Center, International Drive restaurant row and attractions. I highly recommend a car as that will give you the most freedom to come and go. We have free parking at the hotel, and you will find many places you want to go an easy drive within five to twenty minutes at most. I highly recommend a car, parking at our building is free and it will make it much easier to get around to attractions, stores, and restaurants Rental Terms & Conditions Smoking Policy: All forms of Smoking or Vaping are prohibited at all times in the unit or on the balcony Smoking or vaping in the unit incurs a $250 deodorizing fee. Services Not Included: Meals, shuttle services, and housekeeping/extra towels are NOT included in your reservation. Guest Responsibility: Guests are financially responsible for: Any damages to the unit. Excessive mess or cleaning required and any missing towels or other items from the unit. Please do not take paper products, soaps, shampoos or any other item from the unit. Pool Facilities: Open daily: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM (hours may vary). No coolers or bottled beverages are permitted. Check-In Process: A check-in message will be sent the day before your arrival, or within 60 minutes for same-day bookings. Enjoy keyless, contactless self-check-in—skip the front desk and lines. Your check-in message will include: Unit number and door code. Parking instructions. Directions from the front entrance. Check-in is at 4 Pm Housekeeping: This is a vacation rental, not a full-service hotel. No daily maid service is provided. Extra cleanings, towels, and bedding are available at an additional charge. For stays over 7 days: Mandatory cleanings will be scheduled every 7 days for extended stays. Charges for these cleanings will be added after booking but before your stay via Airbnb. Prepayment of these cleanings are required for all stays over 7 days BEFORE check-in. There is no Laundry Access: Laundry facilities are NOT available in the unit or complex. Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping in the unit incurs a $250 deodorizing fee. Internet/Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is suitable for general use but not recommended for mission-critical work. Internet service is provided by the building, and issues may be beyond our control. We will assist as best we can with any connectivity problems. • Please confirm the number of guests staying in the unit. Our base rate includes 2 guest, there is $20 per night charge for each additional guest.
