The townhouse offers great ambiance with nice furniture and decor. It is also surrounded with all the amenities you would expect on a 5 star resort. You are 5 mi. from Sea World, Water parks, the Convention Center, minutes as well from Universal and 15 mi. from Disney. Shopping and restaurants are at walking distance. The Wheel, Fun Spot, the Aquarium, breweries, all 5 mi. away at International Drive. Enjoy the lake, walking trail, nature, all in a gorgeous Fl. setting. Best location no doubt. The townhouse has been completely renovated, it has three bedrooms, three en suite baths and a half bathroom. The bedroom on the ground floor has a queen bed and a full en suite bathroom, the second bedroom upstairs is the master with a king bed and en suite full bath. The third bedroom has twin beds and en suite full bathroom. The home is very spacious, full of light and extremely comfortable. It is a fantastic choice since you can take advantage of all the resort amenities. Olympic pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, basketball court, BBQ area, arcade and play ground for small children. Last but not least you can enjoy Cay lake with is beautiful walking trail around the property. Watch all kinds of birds, squirrels, try your luck at fishing.... a hidden treasure yours to enjoy. I would meet you at arrival and give you the different keys you will need for the townhouse and the common areas like the pool, jacuzzi, fitness center etc. it is a very safe gated community. I will give you the access number for the gate and a tour so you can see where all the amenities are located included the walking trail by the lake. The parking is either in front or behind the house. If you like to fish I will show you the spot, if you are an adult you will need a fishing license. I live a short 20 minutes from the property, if you need me for any reason I am always available, just give me a call. I like meeting my guests on arrival to give you the tour of the property when necessary and give you suggestions for outings in the Orlando area that are special and known only by local folks. The townhome is on a perfect location close to the Convention Center and all of the Orlando Parks. 5 minutes from Sea World, 10 minutes to Universal and 15 minutes from Disney. You also have a Publix shopping center with several small restaurants and bars within walking distance. International drive full of restaurants and attractions is just 5 minutes away. Vacation or work you will definitely have great accommodations and the very best location! You will find within walking distance a Publix shopping Plaza, a Wallgreens and many more small shops and restaurants. International drive is just a 5 mi. drive with lots of restaurants, breweries, speciality shops and lots of attractions like The Wheel at Icon Park, Starflyers the world tallest swing ride, the Aquarium, Water parks, Fun Spot America and its Sky coaster. Seaworld, the Convention Center, Universal Studios and Disney just minutes away .....Dream world for children! The townhouse which has been completely renovated is very beautiful and spacious. Public transportation is available everywhere but of course it is nice to have a car to move around. The airport is 20 minutes away. The townhouse is located on a gated community within the resort so it is extremely safe. Just relax and enjoy your vacation. Being so close to all of Orlando attractions, Convention Center, shopping, restaurants etc. will definitely make your stay a lot more enjoyable.
