Short walk to International-Drive to get to restaurants, shops and short drives to all attractions: Universal Studios (5 min), Disney (15 min), SeaWorld (7min), Convention Center (5 min), Mall and Outlets (10-15 min), Airport (20 min). Amazing location.

Fully furnished studio for up to 2 people (1 king size bed and 1 sleeper sofa), fully equipped kitchen, there is refrigerator, dishwasher, cook top, microwave, all utensils. New AC totally working. Relaxing hot shower, we provide 1 set of towel per guest. TV & Wi-Fi active in the entire studio.
Condo-Hotel ammenities: free parking, pools (indoor heated and outdoor), recreation areas, playground. Laundry room in the 3rd & 4th floors ($2.50 wash/$2.50 dry).
Our co-host will be the contact of our guests when needed. It is our duty to make sure our guests are 100% satisfied with their stay. We will be available for any questions or concerns throughout your stay.
The co-host will contact guests 2 -3 days before their arrival to give them the combination code of the entry lock. As soon they arrive, the Condo-Hotel front desk will provide them with a temporary card to access the building . Guest have full access to all community amenities.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
