This comfortable apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. It has lots of natural lighting and offers fantastic views from the living room and balcony. Free Parking, Swimming Pools, and a Workout room, are all available to you at this resort type property, without any additional fees . It is so centrally located that you might consider taking Lyft or Uber to your destinations and avoid paying the parking fees charged by the amusement parks/venues. Please, PLEASE read the following before booking. If you have a problem with any of these, and I totally understand if you do, please message me or do not book the apartment. Thank you. 1. The following is provided PER stay: ONE fresh set of towels per guest, ONE roll of toilet paper and small bar of soap in each bathroom, Dish washing soap, ONE small roll of paper towels, and ONE trash bag. Please be prepared to stop by a store to buy more toilet paper, bar soap or body wash, and paper towels, if needed 2. Fresh sets of towels can be provided but will incur a delivery fee and MUST be requested at least 24 hours in advance. 3. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and the rooms appear bigger than they are. This 583 sq ft apartment is comprised of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1 living room and 1 kitchenette. 4. While the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, 2 will have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which is open to the kitchen, therefore the 5th and 6th guests will not have much privacy and will be less comfortable than those sleeping in the bedrooms. 5. Please note that there is no full stove/oven in the apartment; only a double burner cook-top and a small toaster oven. The place may not be ideal for long stays or if you are planning to cook elaborate meals. 6. Please be aware that while the apartment was completely refurbished in 2019, the building itself and some of the amenities provided by The Enclave may feel a bit dated. 7. Please note that wash cloths are NOT provided. You may want to bring a few if they are important to you. 8. We do not provide any additional towels for pool use. 9. Please note that you will be staying in a multi-unit building owned and managed by different individuals. We are not responsible nor can be held accountable for noise, behavior, or any issues related to other guests as we have no control over them. Transparency is very important to me as I use Airbnb quite frequently and have no tolerance for misleading listings. Thank you for reading this and apologies for the long disclosure. Access to the building and all facilities (swimming pools, jacuzzi, workout room, tennis courts, etc.) is included. You do not have to pay any additional fees. A couple of day before your arrival date we will provide you with the access codes to the apartment and the facilities You will have access to everything in the apartment as well as the resort. If you have any special needs. please let me know ahead of time and I will try my best to accommodate them . The Enclave has installed fiber optics in the building. The slow and unreliable internet reported by many guests in the past should no longer be a problem Please, note that we provide a starter kit containing a small bar of soap, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one small roll of paper towels, and one trash bag. Please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to buy extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, soap, salt, pepper, sugar, and laundry detergent if you want to wash towels or clothes during your stay. Also, note that we do NOT provide wash cloths.
