We are in a 12-story condo hotel located in a very convenient spot, we are in a great location and only minutes from most of what everyone comes to Orlando for, all the Disney parks and attractions, Universal Studios, Icon Park, The Orange County Orlando Convention Center, International Drive restaurant row and attractions. I highly recommend a car as that will give you the most freedom to come and go. We have free parking at the hotel, and you will find many places you want to go an easy drive within five to twenty minutes at most. I highly recommend a car, parking at our building is free and it will make it much easier to get around to attractions, stores, and restaurants • Meals, shuttles, and housekeeping are NOT included in the reservation. • Guests are financially responsible for damages, missing towels and any items missing from the unit. • Pool facilities are open 7 days a week from 7:00am - 11:00pm. Hours may vary. Coolers or bottled beverages are not permitted. • I will send a message a day before your arrival, or within 30 minutes if booking the same day. • Skip the front desk and the line, our units are self-check in, keyless and contactless. • Your check in message will include everything you need for check-in including your unit # and door code, parking instructions and directions to the unit from the front entrance. • This is an Airbnb/vacation rental, not a full service hotel. There is no maid service. Extra cleanings/towels and bedding are billed at published rate. Extra fees for cleaning apply over 7 days. • Our unit is Non Smoking/Vaping.
