The house is a 4200 sqft home with four bedrooms on the second floor and the master bedroom on the first floor.Two bedrooms on the second floor with the loft and a full bath will be available for the guests . The other two bedrooms will be locked at all times. Guest will be occupying the second floor in the house with access through the front door. Home owner stays separately on first floor of home and will be available for any questions or concerns 24/7. Quiet neighborhood with street lights and parking. Property is situated right next to Orange Blossom Trail and Peppermill blvd.Street parking is available.
