We want to welcome you and your family to Orlando with our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a functioning kitchen and living space. 1 additional full mattress can be provided to maximize holding 8 guest upon request. We want to make you feel as welcome as possible, please enjoy your new home away from home !!
Water, coffee and tea have been provided with no additional charge. For our guest 21 + we have alcoholic drinks for additional charge in the home for your convenience! Take advantage of this service as it avoids any drinking and driving. Once a bottle has been opened, it is yours to keep!

We are in the heart of central FL, located only 14 minutes away from SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica, 20 minutes from both Universal and Disney theme parks! Within 15-20 minutes of I- drive, Convention Center, popular food locations and the Florida mall and only 45 minutes from the beaches! Within the area of the home we have grocery stores near by (Publix and Walmart), gas stations and several fast food places to grab a bite ( like chick-fil-a , McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts )
Getting around in car is the easiest in Orlando or Uber, Lyft etc !
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
