We have a house just for you, located in a charming neighborhood near major attractions in Orlando. ✔Airport is 12-15 minutes away and the theme parks are 20-30 minutes away! This ✔clean, decorated, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a ✔full kitchen can comfortably host ✔8-10 guests for a relaxing vacation or work retreat. We hope you enjoy your stay! Location/driving time ✔Theme parks: Universal & SeaWorld - 20 mins; Disney - 25-30 mins. ✔Downtown Orlando - 10-15 mins. ✔Airport (MCO) – 12-15 mins. ✔Shopping: International Premium Outlets, Florida Mall, and Mall of Millenia – 10-15 mins ✔Orange County Convention Center – 20 mins. ✔Free Parking ✔ Free Wi-Fi ✔Washer and dryer, including laundry detergent and dryer sheets, are available for guest use upon request for a fee. This house has been recently renovated. Featuring an open floor plan with a full kitchen, living room, and dining room, the house also provides privacy with 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The ✔master bedroom has 2 full-sized beds and a full master bathroom while the other ✔3 bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. The other full bathroom is accessed from the hallway and also from one of the bedrooms. Note the Pack 'n Play is available for guests upon request and guests are responsible for setting it up and storing it back in the master closet. Entertainment The living room has a ✔TV w/Roku for watching movies, shows, and listening to music (most apps require subscriptions and login by guests; no cable/satellite tv included). Please note some of the items in the amenity section of this listing are generic descriptions and cannot be specifically edited, e.g., we do not provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, chopsticks. House Rules Upon confirmation of your reservation, all guests shall abide by the House Rules. We want to ensure a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable space for every guest! The reservation is ✔self check-in and all access instructions are provided prior to your check-in time. When leaving the house and when checking out, please make sure all windows and all exterior doors are closed and locked. If you need to check-out or check-in at a time outside your reservation, please contact us at least 1 day in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Late check-out / early check-in without prior permission is a $100 additional charge. Use of illegal drugs inside the house and on the general property is strictly prohibited. Smoking and vaping tobacco products are only allowed outside the house with all doors and windows nearby closed. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES! Please do not play loud music – quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. Loud music and guests coming in and out multiple times and hanging out in front of the house is not allowed during quiet hours. No more than 12 people are allowed inside the house at any given time. We will charge a $300 fine if any of these activities take place! The house is available only to the guest(s) and the number of guest(s) in the original reservation. Additional guest(s) need to be approved by the host prior to the date of stay. Please contact us prior to your stay if you intend to bring additional guests. A $100 fine for every person not authorized by the host found to stay at the house will be charged. No pets or animals are allowed inside the house at any time! We want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. A $100 fine will be charged for any pets or animals brought inside the house without the host’s consent or authorization. In the unlikely event that a guest causes damage to the house or furnishings, or does anything that requires excessive cleaning or repair, we reserve the right to request payment from the guest for additional cleaning or repair. The host can approve parties and events that follow the house rules upon request from the guest prior to check-in. Upon approval by the host, a $200 fee shall be paid by the guest either prior to check-in or during the reservation. After check-out, the host will refund the $200 fee to the guest if the host determines, upon host's sole discretion, that no additional cleaning is needed and no damage to the property was done. Please note that although the house is located in a residential neighborhood, it is located in an urban area, meaning there are commercial and industrial businesses and religious facilities in the vicinity - e.g., one bar is about 500 feet away and a commuter rail line (typically not for heavy, loud freight trains) is about 1,500 feet away - that may cause noise, vehicle traffic, and such. We have no control over other businesses. It is up to guests to research the area to determine prior to completing their reservation if this listing meets their criteria. We do not grant changes requested by guests to the check-in date within a week of starting the reservation and also to the check-out date within a week of starting the reservation or during the reservation. The entire home is available for you and your family, including the yard, driveway, and covered metal roof area. Parking is free on the driveway or on the street in front of the house adjacent and contiguous to the property line. Please do not park on the grass. For additional parking, only upon request, guests may park under the covered metal roof area. We are very familiar with Orlando and are available for tips on places to go, whether for entertainment, dining, or nightlife. We will do our best to respond in time.
