You will have an apartment with 2 bedrooms (in each bedroom 1 twin size bed) with an equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and the living room. There is usually plenty free parking around. *We only accept payments through Airbnb platform* You can use everything in the areas you booked. You will have WiFi, clean towels (1 p/person in the whole stay) sheets and comforter (we just provide 1 set per bed once once you arrive) Shampoo, hand’s soap, body’s soap, toilet paper, microwave, coffee, tea, sugar. It’s an ideal spot for families, theme park enthusiasts, or anyone seeking a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure — all while being centrally located near I-4 for quick access to Disney World (about 15-20 minutes), International Drive, and downtown Orland In a short drive by car or by uber you can be in the most iconic areas on Orlando within 30 minutes (airport, outlets, parks (Disney , Universal, Sea World, Kia center / Orlando Magic Stadium) Make sure the reservation is set to the RIGHT AMOUNT OF GUESTS as if you set the reservation for 1 person means that just 1 person can access and nobody else even if the bedroom has more capacity. Take this consideration: 1- Next tour apartment there is another apartment and between walls noises can be heard. 2- if you don’t tolerate smells: as you can expect smoking smell, strong food smell, body odor smell, animal smell, humidity smell, perfumes, air fresheners, because as we have central heat / AC any smell will circulate from the whole building. We have an average WiFi We have cameras outside the apartment and you might hear them when you go close by them how they say that you are being recorded. We use firm mattresses in most of our places, but sometimes we have soft mattress too if you have a special requirement for mattress we recommend you book a place that could guarantee the kind of mattress you are expecting to find. We don’t have / don’t offer the following services: laundry, luggage storage service, late checkout. Sometimes we can do an Early checkin service after 1pm for extra 20$ (ask to make sure it’s available as sometimes it won’t be available due logistics and in the case you get this and at the end you don’t use it this is non refundable) We provide a set of liens and 1 towel per guest when you arrive and during your whole reservation. In case you want extra towels and or liens we will charge again the cleaning fee. If you don’t want to spend anything extra we authorize you to wash it when you go to laundromat, or you can bring your own extra liens and towels. We highly recommend you to get the affordable airbnb INSURANCE for unexpected circumstances. People never expect a lost during the trip , or having a healthy emergency or lost the trip but sometimes unexpected circumstances happens and that insurance is to cover that and get a refund if something happens. If you don’t pay for it, that will be your choice but if an emergency occur you will loose your money. Once the reservation is in the cancelation policy period refund won’t be available, we can modify to shorten your stay or the amount of guests but no refund will be provided if your reservation is already in the cancelation policy period. This is Orlando so outside the listing you can expect to see: cats, rats, raccoons, rabbits, squirrels, cockroaches, lizards, etc and our neighbors can have dogs or any other pets, for that always keeps the doors and window locked.
