Welcome to your vacation home, walking distance to Universal! This unit is part of a duplex and includes a full kitchen. Laundry is available upon request. Located walking distance to Universal Studios, & within a short drive to Epic Universe, Volcano Bay Water Park, Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Disney World, Disney Springs, Sea World, Malls/Outlets, Downtown Orlando, Amway Center, Dr Phillips Performing Arts Center, International Drive, Convention Center. The bedroom features a queen bed and a closet with drawers and hangers. There is a ceiling fan, and individual night stands on each side of the bed. The bathroom features an enclosed shower, with liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner available. Be aware, the bedroom does not have a TV. In the living room you'll find an L-shaped sofa which transforms into a full-size bed and can comfortably sleep an adult or two children. Additional pillows and sheets can be provided only upon request. Please indicate if you will need extra bedding for the sofa. You’ll also find the dining table in the bay window of the living space. Additional chairs are available with the coffee table. Also in the living room, you'll have access to a smart TV with most of the video applications. Please be aware there is no cable television provided and if this is important to you, you may want to look elsewhere. The kitchen is fully equipped for basic cooking and coffee is provided. You may need to purchase some of your own condiments and ingredients for cooking. Laundry machines are in the garage, where you will also find washing and drying supplies in the cabinets above the washing machine. The laundry space is communal and shared with the other guests and my cleaning crew. You can park on the driveway. Please make sure to park on the LEFT HAND side of the driveway when facing the house, including over the pavers. You can also just park on the street. Please be mindful the parking is shared with another listing so it is very important to park to the side in order to leave room for another car next to yours. You can literally walk to Universal City Walk in less than 20 minutes, or you can walk to the Portofino resort in about 10 minutes and take a ferry boat to the center of City Walk. This is a free service. If you decide to drive your car, you'll pay for parking and it will still take you longer than 20 minutes to walk to City Walk from their parking lot. The new Universal park - Epic Universe - is not within walking distance. That is about 5 miles away - about a 15 minute drive. Please keep in mind the back patio and pool are currently off limits and hence not included as a space on the listing. You’re welcome to smoke out on the patio, but do not expect anything else on the patio. Please do not take any indoor chairs to the outside patio. Laundry can be accessed with my permission, as it is in my private garage space. I enjoy meeting my guests if it happens, but I certainly don’t require any face to face interaction. Besides being across the street from Universal Studios, the neighborhood is residential and near many restaurants, Publix Supermarket, gas stations, banks, and every other type of shopping you would need. Best way to get around Orlando is by car. Uber/Lyft are also great options to get around to nearby spots if you don't have a car of your own. The space is part of a duplex that I manage. This 1 bedroom space is the main space of the house, and the other half is a master suite, which could also be occupied by other guests. ***There is no access to the master suite and vice-a-versa. The spaces are separated by a solid wood interior door that is locked from both sides, and NO SPACES ARE SHARED.*** The other side of the duplex is my unit, so if at any time you have any concerns with the guests next door, please inform me so I can address it. Since there may be other guests in the master suite during parts of your stay, please be mindful of quiet hours. There are many dinning options around the neighborhood.
