Welcome to your get-away spot in Orlando! Walking distance to Universal! Located minutes away from all the major attractions: Universal Epic Universe, Volcano Bay Water Park, Wizarding World of Harry Potter Disney World, Disney Springs Sea World Malls & Outlets Downtown Orlando & Lake Eola, KIA (Amway) Center, Dr Phillips Performing Arts Center, Camping World & Orlando City Stadiums I-drive, Convention Center, Orlando Eye, Winter Park, Legoland, golf courses, beaches, and much more. This is a master suite with private access via the front patio. You'll have your own private bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig machine with coffee pods. In the cabinets you'll find basic utensils and plates! This is basically like a hotel room without the daily housekeeping. ***Please be aware the suite is part of a larger home and there are interior walls shared with another listing.*** ***THERE ARE NO SHARED LIVING SPACES*** There are no shared spaces besides the laundry in the garage. Although I have strict quiet hours set, there is potential for noise from guests in the other unit that is outside of my control. I provide foam ear plugs and a sound machine, and if you need complete quiet space at all times, this may not be the space for you. You do not have access to the rest of the house, which may also be occupied by other guests, and you also don't have access to control the central air conditioning. I keep the central A/C around 76-77 degrees during the day, and 72-74 degrees at night and if you need it to be colder, there's also a window A/C available to you in the room to use as you need. You can park on the driveway. Please make sure to park on the RIGHT HAND side of the driveway when facing the house, including over the pavers. You can also just park on the street. Please be mindful the parking is shared with another listing so it is very important to park to the side in order to leave room for another car next to yours. You can literally walk to Universal City Walk in less than 20 minutes, or you can walk to the Portofino resort in about 10 minutes and take a ferry boat to the center of City Walk. This is a free service. If you decide to drive your car, you'll pay for parking and it will still take you longer than 20 minutes to walk to City Walk from their parking lot. The new Universal park - Epic Universe - is not within walking distance. That is about 5 miles away - about a 15 minute drive. Laundry available only with my permission as it is in my private garage. Laundry is shared with my cleaning staff and other guests. Please finish once you start. Limit use between 7:00am and 8:00pm (20:00) I enjoy meeting my guests if it happens, but I certainly don’t require any face to face interaction. Besides being across the street from Universal Studios, the neighborhood is residential and near many restaurants, Publix Supermarket, gas stations, banks, and every other type of shopping you would need. Best way to get around Orlando is by car. Uber/Lyft are also great options to get around to nearby spots if you don't have a car of your own. The room is part of a duplex that I manage. This room is the master suite, and the other half of the house may also be occupied by other guests. I kindly ask you to be mindful of the quiet hours. There is no access to the rest of the house and vice-a-versa. The units are separated by a solid wood interior door that is locked from both sides, and no spaces are shared. The other side of the duplex is my unit, so if at any time you have any concerns with the guests next door, please inform me so I can address it.
