Walk through the private entry from your car to find two separate rooms, a private bathroom, and an outdoor seating area surrounded by sweet berry hedge. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, coffee table, 50” smart TV, coffee & tea corner with a kettle, refrigerator, and microwave (No full kitchen), tableware, books and tour guides, and a work desk. In addition, you have a spacious separate bedroom with a plush queen size bed, large closet, two windows overlooking the garden and an extra AC unit for max cooling. A private renovated bathroom and a seating area outside for your morning coffee. Free parking and fast WIFI. The interior was recently renovated with a new bathroom and paint throughout, all furniture is new including a new plush mattress. Very convenient to Orange County Convention Center. On the other direction you can easily find many local options with lovely upscale local restaurants and bars in case you feel like taking a break from the crowds. Orlando in general is most conveniently accessible with a car. You can easily and rather inexpensively use carshare service like Uber and Lyft since you are central many great places nearby Rideshare to Universal can also help save on the parking fees and walkways at the park even if you have a car, it should be $5-8 each way vs. 30$ to park! A walking distance from the house you can find a local coffee shop, 7-eleven and few local restaurants, as well as a large park with recreation facilities, walking trails, lakes and playgrounds. The house has two separate entrances from different sides. Your entry is from the right side for your complete privacy. Inside, the space is fully private with a newly renovated bathroom, separate bedroom and living room. The living room has a comfortable queen-size sofa-bed. Both rooms have doors. There is no full kitchen, but you will have a kettle to make hot drinks along with a fridge and other "hotel-like" amenities. The car park is right in the front on the street adjacent to your entry.
