Welcome to the Cozy Orlando Escape! Whether you’re visiting for theme parks, business, or a relaxing getaway, this apartment offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Ideally located, the apartment is 8 minutes from Universal, 15 minutes from Downtown Orlando and 25 minutes from Walt Disney World, putting you close to world-famous attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment while still offering a peaceful place to unwind. The unit is conveniently located on the first floor, requiring no stairs, and offers ample free parking for guests. Inside, you’ll find a clean, welcoming space thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for an stress-free stay. We provide fresh towels and extra cozy blankets, along with an air purifier inside the unit. Our kitchen is fully stocked featuring silverware, plates, bowls, pots and pans, cooking utensils, a waffle maker, air fryer, mini crock pot, a drip coffeemaker, stove with an oven, and a full size fridge and freezer, perfect for home-cooked meals. Additional conveniences like an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer, laundry soap, plus many other essentials like body soap, shampoo & conditioner are all included to help you feel right at home. ✨ Comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully stocked, your perfect Orlando stay starts here. Guests have access to the entire unit, with the exception of one locked closet. Guest can access free parking as they are on a first come first serve basis and are not assigned. Access the gated community with a gate code provided before check-in. Easy self check-in with smart lock. You will be provided instructions on how to enter the apartment using the smart lock via message. Guests are welcome to reach out to me at any time of the day on the Airbnb app. I’ll do my best to respond as quickly as possible and assist with any questions or needs during your stay. For emergencies/fast communication, you can text or call my business partner with the phone number provided via message. This is a self-check in apartment so there will be no in person contact unless there is an issue or an emergency. My business partner or I will be available and can arrive at the apartment usually within 15-30 minutes. Quiet Safe Gated Community Close to Universal Plenty of free parking spaces on a first come first serve basis because they are not assigned. You will enter the community through the front gates with the gate code. We will provide the gate code to you after you book with the host. This apartment is walking distance to close by shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants, & fast food. (Publix, Burger King, 7Eleven, Chic-fil-A, Star bucks, Walgreens, Mexican, Italian & also Indian Cuisine, Truist Bank) We kindly remind guests that we maintain a strict no-parties, no-events policy. Only guests listed on the reservation may be in the unit at any time. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the safety, comfort, and integrity of the space.
