This great home in Orlando is the perfect getaway for a family/group of friends who want to get around Orland with ease. Located a few minutes from major attractions like Disney and universal theme parks. The mall even closer with many restaurants and high end shopping for hours of entertainment . Once you and your group are done exploring, Unwinding and enjoy with some foosball while watch your favorite show/game or get some ZZ on a king size bed or pick your feet up and relax on the recliner. This home is our slice of Orlando with lots just few away from its location. Fully equipped Kitchen with washer/dryer available, living room with comfortable recliner couch and a flat screen smart T.V. Room 1 has a King size bedroom with a half bathroom and smart tv, room 2 has a full size bed with a table for work/school, room 3 has a twin day bed that can be switch into a queens when placed together. There’s also a baby crib available upon request(Please not this request must be made 24hours before check-in). A game room with a foosball table smart flat screen tv. Smart door lock and smart lights. We love for you to check it out Driveway parking is available and street parking also. Please do not park on the grass. We are available 24/7 If something is missing, not working, or not what you expected when you check-in, please contact us. We will be more than happy to help you out. ***Please note: Downtown is a hip up-and-coming neighborhood that is undergoing revitalization. While we love our neighborhood’s history, character and walkability and feel perfectly safe here, it may not be the best fit for everyone. What’s Near? However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. -Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. -A Grill can be requested for a FEE of $50 -A crib and or a high chair can be requested in advance, these item will not be in the home. -Smoking is not ALLOWED inside the house. The smoking designate area is outside the house/backyard. Check-in Time: 4PM Check-out Time: 11AM If you need more time to check out or check in it may be possible with an additional fee and only if future check-ins are not pending. An easy self check-in lock will give you access to the home and will be provided to you prior to your check in day.
