There are two guest rooms available for booking, each listed separately, and the two rooms share a four-piece bathroom. For privacy, the bathroom has an occupancy light to let other guests know it is in use. The house is equipped with modern features such as a wireless code entry. The outside is monitored by four separate security cameras for safety. The house has undergone recent renovation and is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Orlando attractions. The space is newly remodeled and very clean. Guests will have access to their private room and a bathroom, as well as the shared kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, gas range and oven for cooking. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in common areas. A washer and dryer are available for an additional fee. Guest can reach me through the app. In case of emergencies, they can text or call my personal number. The neighborhood is quiet, and is less then 2 blocks from multiple major roadways. The house is one block from a major busing intersection. Street parking available. Most guest enjoy using Lyft or Uber for their transportation. A friendly and curious medium-sized dog resides on the property and enjoys attention. For the safety of all guests, only those listed on the reservation may enter the home unless prior arrangements have been made. Additionally, air fresheners are used in the home, so please be aware if you have sensitivities.
