We’re happy to help with anything you need and want to ensure you have a wonderful experience. 📋 House Rules To help ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable stay: • Check-in: After 4:00 PM (flexible arrival) • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM • Primary guest must be 19 years or older (ID verification required) • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (up to 10 with prior approval and additional fee) • No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes • No pets • No parties or events • Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM • Early check-in must be requested in advance (fee may apply) • Late check-out: $100 per hour after 11:00 AM • Only registered guests may stay overnight • Garage is not accessible • Please avoid food and drinks on beds • Kindly dispose of trash and recycling before departure • Guests are requested to start one load of laundry before check-out. Excessive laundry beyond normal use may result in an additional fee. Additional Policies • No unregistered guests • No booking reductions after arrival • Date changes may be approved if the stay duration remains the same or longer • Deep cleaning fee for major violations: $500 • Smoking inside the property: $500 fee • Unauthorized parties or events: $1,000 fee • Lost-and-found returns incur a $75 handling fee plus shipping • Commercial photography and filming are permitted
