It has a 58 flat screen tv in the living room and an 43” TV in the bedroom. and a queen sized bed in the bedroom. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, sectional & desk with chair. Please note this is an older building, occasional signs of age (such as minor cosmetic imperfections) are normal. We maintain it carefully to ensure your comfort. Parking: There is 1 designated spot Please be respectful owner lives on property in another condo. Restaurants: Stubborn Mule is one of my favorites, Totoya is good for sushi, Rusteak is good for craft drinks and healthier food, F&D cantina is good for Mexican. For ambiance I like relax grill and world of beer (they’re on lake Eola). Thornton Park is one of Orlando’s most stylish and walkable neighborhoods.
