You’ll love our place because of the location, the large bathroom with jacuzzi, the skylights, window seat, porch swing. It is nestled in our back yard surrounded by trees and has its own private entrance via a rustic walk way of pavers and stones. Couples, families, most anyone will find it charming. STR 1009942 (City registration) This is a little house all on its own. A LARGE bathroom. The living/sleeping space is an open airy studio with a table and chairs by the kitchenette end of the room, a writing desk area, the bed, futon, rocking chair and window seat in the entertainment area where you'll find the T.V., books and games - lots of games. The Kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate. It is stocked with coffee and a few snacks. The entire house is yours to enjoy. It is in our back yard so you'll have to share the yard! You'll be on your own and not bothered by us. Let us know if you need help with your bags. The path is not all smooth for roller-bags and there are four steps unto the porch so bags must be carried some places. We have folding luggage racks in the closet on which you can open your suitcase. We've provided a guide to about 4 dozen restaurants within a 10 minute walk with a map. Our neighborhood has plenty of hipsters, young professionals and a variety of types of folks. The neighbor on one side is a wonderful Chinese lady and on the other is a young judge and his wife. They are runners. Amongst the nearby restaurants are several great Vietnamese, Asian fusion, BBQ, artisanal handcrafted sandwiches, burgers, salads, Japanese, British and other traditional food. Four blocks to a major grocery store and drug store. Within walking distance is a mall with whatever shopping you desire. There are several bus lines within a few blocks. A gas station/convenience store is 2 blocks away. We currently have a dog that barks ferociously when she hears someone outside, but she'll be in the house most of the time. If you like dogs she'll stop barking and become your best friend if you let her come up and get you to pet her. No other pets are allowed.
