This room has direct private access to the pool/patio area. There is a Queen bedroom, and another room with two Single beds upstairs. Both bathrooms are located on the Ground floor. The Master suite has a walk-in shower, and the other has a shower/tub combo. Take in the backyard Oasis, where you can also play a game of darts, ring toss, or basketball. There are two living room areas, both are thoughtfully decorated to make you feel right at home with Electric Fireplaces for optimal coziness. Enjoy your favorite streaming platforms on the 65” Smart HD TV, have some quiet time with a good book, or choose from a variety of board games to play with family & friends. Backyard is fully fenced in. You will have access to 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Additional street parking is available nearby if needed. You will have your own private front entrance with access to the entire home. You will have complete privacy, and I will be available by phone and message at all times. The number of people at the property must NOT exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation at any time. Visitors, including friends or family, are not permitted without prior written approval. Evidence of unauthorized guests or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property by local authorities. A violation fee of $300–$1,000 will also be charged, depending on the severity of the situation. An additional guest fee of $50 per person, per night applies for groups over 4, and $100 per person for unapproved guests over 6. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking to avoid any unexpected charges or violations. Pets are welcome! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee. My only request is that you please make sure your pet(s) are up to date on the flea and tick medications. There is no additional cost to heat the pool. Pool cleaning takes place every Thursday some time between 11-2pm. He enters and exits through the left gate and is normally done within 15 mins. The pool does not have a safety fence.
