Located 4 mins from Orlando International Airport and with easy access (2 Minutes) to SR528 (The Beachline) to attractions like Disney and Universal. This studio (as part of a larger duplex) is perfect for a quick stay or long term for someone coming to Orlando for work We offer a small studio space similar to a small hotel room. 1 Queen size bed, a wardrobe with hangers, mini-fridge and coffee maker and a very nicely sized walk in shower. We offer a tv with basic over the air channels and wifi. You can connect to the tv with a firestick or chromecast or hdmi cable if you bring one with you Listing is private but attached to an adjacent space as part of a duplex. The two spaces are divided by a wall, but just as with apartments or hotels some noise can bleed through so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors. Shared driveway, but private entrance. The door lock is operated with a pin code so guests can check in and check out when convenient for them. I live in the community and am available to come over if needed anytime. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Property is near beautiful Warren Park on the Conway chain of lakes making for a nice walk as the sun sets. Warren Park has plenty of playground areas for kids, sunny fields and plenty of shade from magnificent oak trees. There is also a sandy beach on the lake to get some sun. The park also offers free public tennis courts, picnic areas and a covered rental pavilion (appointment required) Visitors have a private driveway to park their car. Orlando is not very "public transportation friendly". There is Lynx Bus service a short walk from the listing, but our public transportation is slow, the city is sprawling and walking in the heat can be unbearable. Cars are highly recommended. Uber and Lyft are also convenient options. We are also very close to the Sand Lake Rd. Sunrail (commuter rail) station. This listing is located with easy access to SR 528 making for a short drive to the Orange County Convention Center or to our World Class Attractions on International Drive, or at SeaWorld, Universal or Disney. Disney World is 16 miles away (about 20-25 mins drive). Universal is 13 miles away (about 15-20 mins drive). SeaWorld is 10 miles away (about 15-20 mins drive). Orlando International is 3 miles away (5 mins drive). Orange County Convention Center is 10 miles away (15-20 mins drive). Downtown Orlando, home to bars/clubs, The Amway Center and the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, is 9 miles away (about 20 mins drive on local roads). Orlando Citrus Bowl (now Camping World Stadium) is 10 miles (about 20-25 mins drive). The SunRail S. Orange Ave. stop (commuter rail offering service to Winter Park and beyond) is only 2 miles away (5 mins drive). Sunrail offers free parking at their stops. I recommend you check the Sunrail website for operating hours, schedules, stops, etc No pets and no smoking in the home.
