Warren Park has plenty of playground areas for kids, sunny fields and lots of shade from magnificent oak trees. There is also a sandy beach on the lake to get some sun. The park also offers free public tennis courts, picnic areas and a covered rental pavilion (appointment required) This listing is located with easy access to SR 528 making for a short drive to the Orange County Convention Center, to our World Class Attractions (on International Drive, or at SeaWorld, Universal or Disney) or to world famous Cocoa Beach or the Kennedy Space Center. Disney World is 16 miles away (about 20-25 mins drive). Universal is 13 miles away (about 15-20 mins drive). SeaWorld is 10 miles away (about 15-20 mins drive). Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 3 miles away (5 mins drive). Orange County Convention Center is 10 miles away (15-20 mins drive). Downtown Orlando, home to bars/clubs, The Amway Center and the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, is 9 miles away (about 20 mins drive on local roads).
