Specially designed to create an atmosphere of relaxation and vacation. POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! ATTENTION: This house doesn’t have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot. The house has a hot tub attached to the pool, they both share the water heater and circulation system, most of the time the hot tub and pool keep the same temperature 80+ (water feels hot ) The configuration has two modes SPA & POOL, they are changes at current client request, the SPA mode is only for the hot tub to reach the highest water temperature, (around 100 degree) this mode will be closing the heater of the pool . The jacuzzi will reach the desired temperature in just 30 minutes. With the pool side heater closed, set it to SPA mode, the pool stops heating, if this setting remains for 6 continuous hours, the pool will drop in temperature and feel cold. We always recommend our clients not to leave it in SPA mode continuously so that they can also enjoy the pool at a comfortable temperature, since if it gets completely cold it will take 48-72 hours to heat due to its size and depth. I have to mention that the configurations of the previous client may cause the pool to be in the process of heating upon arrival. Since if the previous client only chooses the SPA mode during their stay, that configuration will only be reinvested upon departure. CHANGING THE POOL SYSTEM MODES WILL BE DONE AT THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST. A MEMBER OF OUR WORK TEAM IS DESIGNATED FOR THOSE FUNCTIONS AVAILABLE EVERY DAY FROM 8 am - 8 pm CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT TOUCH THE POOL/SPA SYSTEM LOCATED AT THE BACK OF THE PATIO WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE OWNERS. Just to prevent damage to the system because it’s a little complicates because the pipes positions needs to be set to perform any changes. POOL TOWELS - we do provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home and don’t mix them with our white linen during your washer or dryer load to avoid stains. PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the amount of registered guest (up to 8) BEDROOMS -Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. -Other two bedrooms has queen size beds and share bathroom. ( all three bedrooms has closets, drawers stands and night stand for storage personal property , night stand lamps , smart TV and ceiling fan ) -Sofa has a pull out full size bed.( pillows, sheets and blanket will be place in master closet) TERRACE - Dinning set and a high chair suitable for babies and toddlers. -An small private room with toilet ,pool towels, washer and dryer to make you a convenience stay while you enjoy pool time. -Outdoor kitchen with BBQ, propane countertop and sink. -Smart Tv, Ceiling Fans and trash can. KITCHEN -Equipped with microwave, oven , stove , refrigerator , garbage disposal, American coffee maker ,Italian coffee maker, blender, bread toaster, sandwich maker. - tableware , silverware , glasses ,cookware , cooking utensils, kids stuff. PETS FREE- Due severe allergies in my family since this house is also our vacation home we choose no to host pets with hairs , per law we have to host services dogs and those are the only ones we will receive, we kindly ask to our potential clients to help us respecting our rules because we need to know when a animal stay in the house to schedule a deep clean after. Take Exit 9 Tradeport Dr/ Conway Rd, Turn right and continue to follow S Conway Rd for 0.3 miles , turn left into Merryweather Dr for 0.3 miles and turn left on Arlene Ave, your destination will be the second house on the left , White House with palm trees and pavers driveway. This route is only 7 min (4.3 mi) It is a humble neighborhood with owners who are mostly elderly and who are family (brothers, nephews and cousins) who have been occupying their properties for more than 40 years. our house is a recently remodeled gem on the block but we couldn't have chosen a place to create our business because despite not being the prettiest neighborhood we have gained some very empathetic neighbors who keep us up to date and take care of our house.
