You will not share your space or amenities with other guests. As with any multi-unit property, you may occasionally hear other guests or residents in their units. This includes, but is not limited to, cameras, air purifiers, computer equipment, air fryers, and similar devices. Please also note, we do not allow charging of electrical vehicles or transportation devices. The HVAC for the home is centrally controlled from another unit and controls air in other units. It should typically be maintained between 70–75 degrees, depending on the season. Guests in this unit can open or close the vent to adjust airflow may be required to adjust temperature for the season to maintain the homes optimal temperature for the season. We may also provide other ways to cool/heat the unit for your convenience.
