This space is a mother-in-law suite, completely private from the main house, accessible through a private entrance outside and entering through the garage. THIS IS NOT THE ENTIRE HOUSE! There is a queen size bed... perfect for a couples getaway! It is conveniently located about 15 min. from OIA and 5 min. from downtown Orlando. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub with stunning sunset views of across the lake... so peaceful and you feel like you are in a resort
There are plenty of places to sit and relax and the best seat in the house is a hammock between the trees near the lake! I have a double kayak and paddle boards for use as well. I also have a small garden and a gas grill for use if needed.
I will be onsite as I live in the main part of the house and available for any questions during your stay.
The best part about this location is that it is so close to everything without feeling like a typical tourist. If you are looking for a relaxing experience, this is the place for you!
Public transportation is a short walk away and I frequently use Uber and Lyft when I don't want to drive. There is also a larger lake (Lake Underhill) that is a short walk and has a great jogging path and exercise stations.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
