Guests can easily get around using a mix of walking, public transportation, and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. The area is walkable, with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops across the street. For public transit, the nearest bus stop is 1 minute away. If you’re driving, there is a driveway and street parking is available, the 408 a major highway is also only 5 minutes away. The suite is connected to the main home. There is a door within the space leading to the main home, but it’s locked and sealed to ensure comfort and privacy are a top priority throughout your stay. Liability Waiver: The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or using its facilities. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety during the stay. 2. Property Use: Guests are responsible for the proper use of all amenities and appliances provided in the property. Any damages caused due to misuse or negligence will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional charges. No long-term residence, parties, gatherings or commercial use. Stays do not qualify as residence or allow use of mailing address. 3. Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items during the stay. Guests are advised to lock doors and windows when leaving the property. 4. Safety Guidelines: For your safety, please follow all posted rules and instructions (e.g., pool, fire safety, etc.). Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring appropriate use of facilities. 5. No Unauthorized Parties: To maintain a safe and quiet environment, unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. 6. Acceptance of Terms: By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. 7. We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions, such as electricity, cable, or internet which are beyond our control. Important Note: This property complies with all local laws and regulations. For any questions or concerns about your stay, please contact the host directly. Please note that our property has a strict no pets, or smoking and maximum occupancy of 2 guests policy. To ensure these rules are respected: • If a pet is brought to the property, there will be a $500 pet fee charged to your account plus any damages deemed by the host. • If there is any smoking in the property, there will be a $500 smoking fee charged to your account plus any damages deemed by the host. • If additional guests are found beyond the 2-guest limit, there will be a $300 per extra guest fee charged. • Checkout is at 11 AM. Any late checkouts that are not requested and approved in advance will incur a $30 fee per 30 minutes past checkout time. If the delay significantly impacts cleaning or incoming guests, an additional fee may apply. Please respect checkout time so we can ensure a smooth transition for the next guests.
