Any party without host approval will result in a $700 fine and immediate reservation removal without refund! ⦁ To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day. ⦁ Please do not leave any food inside or outside that attracts uninvited pests. This house is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
