Once you locate (blue) building 2, you will be able to see the BACK DOOR of the unit from the parking lot. You will not be able to enter your door code in the BACK DOOR. You will need to follow the path thru the building and locate the FRONT DOOR with the smart lock keypad. This is where you can enter the code and access the unit. If you are trying to enter the code into a lock box, you are NOT at the front door.
Upon booking this rental, please provide the host with any and all drivers who will be entering the guarded gate, so their name can be added to the gate list which will prevent delay of access.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
