The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The two smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. Large living room, kitchen and dining area in an open space. Patio/screen is accessible from dining area, where you can sit and relax and even grill and enjoy your food. From the patio/screen you have views over the 6th hole of the Ventura country club golf course. The house also has a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The community is walkable and perfect for jogging. The community is located on the east side of Orlando, 10 minutes from the International Airport (MCO). I strongly advice guests to rent a car, that is the easiest way to get around. You can walk within the community, but outside the gates the distances are generally long. Nearest grocery stores i.e. Walmart Neighbourhood Market and Publix Super Market are approx. 2 miles away. The house is minutes from major highways, 20 minutes from Universal Studios, 30 minutes from Disney. 15 minutes from the Florida Mall. 15-20 minutes from the Mall at Millenia The Ventura country club golf course is an affordable, challenging and well maintained course with attention to detail from tee to green. Ventura is a par 70, semi-private golf course and welcomes outside play. The course is scenic and has a lot to offer-- water on 15 holes and medium-to-hard undulating greens with some sneak breaks.
