Also only 15 minutes to UCF and 5 minutes from all major highways! Home recently remodeled with brand new appliances, fully furnished kitchen, smart TV, sofa, and dining room table. The Room: Queen bed with Egyptian cotton linens, small dresser, closet space, and smart TV with all streaming apps loaded for your comfort. Short and long term welcome! Rooms are private with queen beds and all furnishings needed for your stay. Guest have access to shared bathroom as well as all common areas in home (laundry, bathroom, kitchen, and living room / backyard) While I do not reside on the property I do live locally and make myself available to my guests for any questions or needs they may have.
