Private room in rental unit. Peaceful Bedroom/15 Min to Airport

Need a quick place to stay without paying expensive hotels. Look no further. We have a lovely one bedroom queen-sized bed that will accommodate your leisure/business stay. Located 15min from the airport, 15min from Downtown, 20 - 35min from the Theme Parks. This gated neighborhood is quiet and peaceful location. You will have your own room and a dedicated bathroom. Access to the kitchen and other common areas. I live in the master room but travel frequently for work. Must be 25+ yrs or older Welcome to my home! Ventura Country Club is best-kept secret, peaceful area in Orlando. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. The condo is located on the second floor of two-floor building. Property has free private parking, access to the neighborhood heated pool, pickleball, tennis, golf course, basketball etc. The main clubhouse has a gym, restaurant and larger pool for the entire Venture Community. I stay in the other room and will see me from time to time but I travel most days for work. Private community with a 24 hour manned gate. Guests need to be registered at the main gate. This unit is set up for full time hosting, you have private access to the unit. You must present a Valid ID (No Passports, Security won't accept them). Please send me copy of photo ID for all guests. I work from home regularly and will see me in the shared spaces from time to time to do laundry, dishes, cooking etc. but will tend to work from my room. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful with the majority of residents being retired snowbirds. It's a safe area and can walk around without feeling uncomfortable. The grocery stores like Wamart and Publix are a short driving distance less than 3 miles away. Please remove your shoes upon entering the apartment!!! And dont eat in the room. There is plenty of space in the kitchen and dining table.
