As with most of Orlando,a car is needed but there are many shops and restaurants close by within a mile or so.
Your just about 20 minutes from Disney and approximately 15 minutes to Orlando airport.
By car is best. There’s also limited bus service walking distance from condo is approximately 12 minutes at even pace to the bus stop. Shopping area close by with many different types of restaurants.
