It's in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors. Hear the birds sing. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac on a street with other single family dwellings. There are no multiple apartments in this neighborhood. The grass is cut and the hedges trimmed. Guests may use the washer and dryer, and for reheating fast foods they can use the microwave oven. You can interact with me by phone or text during your stay. I am usually out but not very far away. The house is located in a subdivision of Azelia Park in Orlando called Eban's Preserve. It is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood with ducks in ponds and green spaces all around. Getting around is best done by car. Public transportation is a mile away but rideshare is easily available. There is ample street parking with NO street sweeper hassles. If you need anything just call me.
