Please park facing the driveway. Please do not block the mailbox. *** Upon Arrival *** Once you arrive to the property you will see a gate on the left side of the house. You will enter and follow the pathway and the private suite will be straight ahead. The number to gain access to the property will she sent upon check in. ***WiFi Info*** Stay connected and enjoy our reliable WiFi service. Information will be sent upon check in. ***Check-In Details*** Your check-in time is set for after 3:00 PM, allowing you ample time to settle in and begin creating precious memories. If you desire to arrive earlier, we offer the option of early check-in upon request for an additional fee of $15 per hour. ***House Rules*** 1. **No Smoking**: - Smoking is not permitted inside the suite. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. 2. **Quiet Hours**: - Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. 3. **Max Occupancy**: - The maximum number of guests is 2 people. Please do not exceed this limit unless previously agreed upon. 4. **Kitchen Use**: - Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself and return utensils and cookware to their original places. 5. **Trash Disposal**: - Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. Should you have a large amount of trash please leave it outside the door and it will be disposed. 6. **Respect the Space**: - Treat the suite as you would your own home. Please report any damages or issues immediately. 7. **Pets**: - Pets are allowed, for an additional fee of $50 with a maximum of 1 pet allowed. ***Check-Out*** - We kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 AM. However, if you desire a little extra time to unwind, we offer the possibility of a late checkout upon request for an additional fee of $15 per hour. Before checking out, please turn off the lights, turn off the A/C and assure the door is locked.
