Co host lives couple houses away and is available if needed . Close to public transit bus stop . House has ring camera on front door . Quaint little bungalow. Inside house newly painted with nice upgrades . Nice fenced in back yard for the kids to play . You will have access to whole house and fenced in back yard. Co-host lives close to property, and can offer help if needed . Quiet neighborhood . Beautiful city park, with lots of activities for both kids an adults . Lots of restaurants, stores and activities close to neighborhood. City park 3 blocks from house . Publix - 7 min Disney - 26 min Walgreens- 6 min Target - 11 min Downtown - 8 min Guests who choose to break any pet/smoking/other house rules in regard to: - air quality, - cleanliness/ gross negligence, and/or - property damage agree to pay a $250 deep cleaning/ $500 restoration charge. We’ve replaced the seal on front door so it’s a little hard to open . You may have to push/pull hard . The washer and dryer are located in utility room in carport . The key to utility room will be hanging inside house front door . The light switch for kitchen under cabinet lighting is located over by the stove . There is a 4 inch step in house. To operate lock on front door. To open put code in and press lock button , to lock press lock button no code needed . Please note, we ask each guest to declare exact number of guests joining their stay, as we have a ring camera to keep track. Please respect our house rules .
