If additional rooms are needed, please see our other listings for rooms that may be open during your stay. The home is a family style home with a lot of space. Over 2882 sq ft, garage included. Beautifully updated and spacious kitchen for all your needs while you're here for your stay. There is a washer and dryer unit downstairs open for use, as well as a half bath downstairs if the upstairs bathroom is occupied. A front sitting room and tv room with an amazing media set up free for communal use. There is a pool in the backyard for use once the temperature warms up. Ceiling fans in every bedroom, doors that lock for your own personal sense of security. Upstairs bathroom is shared with a double sink and fully updated walk in shower. The stairs to the second floor also light up as you go up and down them to make it easier when using them. The entire home is open for access aside from the primary bedroom on the first floor. Shared spaces are stocked and open for you to enjoy along side me as well. Pantry, refrigerator and cupboard space will be available to you as well while you're here. You can either come see me in the home or if I'm not at the residence or you're off the property, you can contact me via my phone number which you will receive upon booking your stay. I'm open to leaving you be, or being chatty. Again, the home is a shared space so as long as everyone is respectful of that, there will be no issues. I am always ALWAYS happy to help you out with anything you need during your stay. Please never hesitate to ask. I have 4 cats that will be kept on the first floor, if there is an issue with cats wandering the common areas, let me know prior to arrival.
