New home built in 2023. Very quiet and private driveway on .5 acres. 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathrooms. Fully furnished with everything you need for a quiet and pleasant stay. Access to entire home, except for the garage. All utilities and linens are included, as well as basics such as spices, coffee, shampoo, soap, and conditioner. This is our personal private home that is used as our second home to be close to the many wonderful amenities close to the Disney Resorts. No Pets allowed.
Our home is a 2100 sqft., 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on a private street that sits on .5 acres. Plenty of room for parking. Very close to the airport and the many other amenities that Orlando has to offer including Disney Resort.
Guest has access to the entire home and property with the exception of the garage.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
