Welcome! Relax on a large King sized bed After Long Day of site seem.We have a nice house located in a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood close to everything in Orlando. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and feel at home! We are a family of two, my husband and I. We have two rooms in the house available with a shared bathroom (has a bath & shower). The room has a king size bed, comfortably sleeps 2 or 3 people and we have available a folding crib for a fourth person/baby. It does not have space to have a twin mattress permanent but I can offer an air twin bed if you needed. There is a TV available upon request. Whashing and drying both are $6:00. You will have access to kitchen, dinning and family room. Kitchen has an electric stove, microwave and one entire refrigerator will be for your use. You will have free WiFi access provided. Access whashing and drying both $6:00. We are here to help and advice during your stay feel free to ask. We are extremely approachable & friendly but we will respect your privacy. We are in the East Orlando area close to Waterford Lakes, you can search and you will find that this is a very quiet and secure neighborhood for your short or long-term stay. You will feel safe and relax at our place. You will have access to the playground located at the back of the house. *Strategic Location: We are 7 min away of the Waterford Lakes shopping center which have a very good prices to shop (sometimes better than the Premium Outlets) and also local bars like T.G.I Friday's, Ale House Sports Bar and many good restaurants. We have important expressways 417 Hwy and 408 Hwy just few miles apart. We have a Walmart Neighborhood between 1 mile, a Publix 1 miles and a Super Target 2 miles from the house.
