Two rooms available in middle class neighborhood. The home has a large pool and a nice seated area with covered canopy perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The home is approx. 10 minutes from the airport and about 25 min from Disney and other parks. The room itself is equipped with a double bed, all linens, closet and wood flooring. It is across the hall from a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The bedroom is furnished with a dresser, nightstand and a lamp. Guests have access to the backyard which has a large pool and is enclosed with evergreens along the fence for privacy and relaxation. Comfortable seating area and grill are available for use. Guests will have access to a full kitchen with everything provided. Guests will have access to a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a large television available for use with comfortable reclining sofas. WIFI is also provided. Owner is on property in private room. Owner does use common areas. Will be happy to interact with the guests or have a more private stay and respects privacy. UBER is used quite frequently and is more cost effective in the local Orlando area in addition to cab service. UBER is able to drop off at the Orlando Airport but does NOT pick up from the airport. Rental car companies are nearby. Enterprise picks up renters for free. The rental cars are very reasonably priced. Owner is able to pick up guests from the airport upon request. Require 24 hours notice.
