Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. It offers everything you need for a perfect vacation away from Home. Cozy, super clean and beautifully decorated. Centrally located close to the main high ways. Only 20 min away from the airport. We have parking on premise for your convenience. This Studio is located in the first floor. it is about 600sq feet. Independent entrance, and able to do self check in with smart lock combination. Title floor all over , living room with sofa, 50" smart T. V and table with games. What to expect: second unit in the second floor we have guest as well there. You can expect some noise.. Quiet time is after 10pm, but some guest arrive late from the parks, or do late check in based on their flight arrangements. You will need a key which is located in a lockbox in the main entrance, we will provide you with the unique code to access your studio. You should keep the entrance key until check out day. to lock the studio door you need to press # for few seconds. We can assist with anything you need, if we are out of town we can text or call at any time. Residential neighborhood located Minutes from 408, 417, and Beach Line 528. 15 minutes away from Downtown Orlando, 35 - 45 min away from Disney area, 25 - 30 min from i-drive and Universal Studios and 20 mins from Orlando International airport. Located behind the main house. Behind the main house you will see a two story building with a red door. You should park in the area in front of the main house. You can park up to two cars. You should not park in the back of the property. Parking should in the grass in front of the front house. Do not park in the grass in the back septic tank is there.
