Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in Orlando, Florida! This is the perfect spot for families looking to create memories in the Sunshine State. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The master bedroom and one of the guest bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the remaining bedroom offer queen-sized bed. - 2 full bathrooms equipped with fresh towels. There is a total of 8 bath towels provided in the house for use. - Pool towels are not provided. - A fully-equipped kitchen with most used appliances, ideal for preparing family meals. - A bright and airy living room with a flat-screen TV and plush seating. - High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house to keep you connected. - A hairdryer and Iron is provided. - Central air conditioning and heating for your comfort. - A private, screened-in porch in the back and a pool area with seating and a table for alfresco meals. - Please note: laundry detergent, charcoal/gas for bbq, toiletries, and any other personal items are not included. If you will be requiring something in particular please feel free to ask us before booking or can be bought in nearby stores Full house with the exception of few locked closets Our home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood in a cul-de-sac, just a short drive away from Orlando's most famous attractions. Whether you're headed to Disney World, Universal Studios, or any of the numerous other theme parks, you'll find yourself conveniently located. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores nearby. - Parking is available on the premises. - Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in this area. - Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM - No smoking indoors. - Pets are not allowed. - Please be mindful of noise levels after 10:00 PM. House Rules: 1. No smoking. 2. No pets allowed. 3. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. 4. Parties or events are not allowed. 5. Please respect the quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Cancellation Policy: - Strict: Full refund for cancellations made, as long as the check-in date is at least 30 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made after 14 days prior to check-in or after check-in.
